I am not a huge fan of writing marketing material.
Something about aggressive selling doesn't appeal to me, though all I'm really doing is writing a summary of services offered and products available. That, in and of itself, is a neutral thing. The tone, however, and the choice of description is a matter of marketing. That's the part that annoys me.
But I'm getting somewhere, though not sure where, bit by bit, with a little determination and a lot of sigh. Time now to do a bit of soulcrushing testing to relieve the boredom... eh?
The only part of my job that I dislike is having to introduce what we do to potential clients. I just want to keep it all to myself!
